At Haya, every brow pigmentation procedure is performed with attention to brow mapping, facial symmetry, pigment selection, skin suitability, hygiene, and long-term healed results. We do not follow a one-shape-fits-all approach. Each brow is designed according to the client’s facial structure and natural features.
Our brow pigmentation process includes consultation, brow mapping, shape approval, pigment selection, the primary session, and a mandatory second session for perfecting the healed result.

Second Session
Brow pigmentation is a two-step process. The first session creates the base colour, shape, and structure, while the second session helps refine the healed result by adjusting the colour, shape, balance, and pigment retention where required.

The second session is complimentary when completed within the recommended healing window of 4 to 8 weeks from the first session. If the recommended healing window is missed or delayed beyond this period, the second session will be treated as a chargeable appointment.
