Service Description

The Eyeliner Retouch, also referred to as the Second Session, is an essential step in completing and perfecting permanent eyeliner results. After the initial eyeliner pigmentation procedure, the skin undergoes a natural healing process during which some amount of pigment may soften, fade, or heal unevenly. This is completely normal and varies from person to person. The retouch session is performed to reinforce the pigment, correct any areas where color retention may be lighter, and refine the overall shape, symmetry, and intensity of the eyeliner. It allows the artist to make precise adjustments based on how the skin has healed and how the pigment has settled after the first session. Factors such as skin type, eyelid sensitivity, oiliness, lifestyle habits, aftercare compliance, and natural skin regeneration can all influence pigment retention. The second session ensures these variables are addressed, resulting in a more defined, even, and long-lasting eyeliner. During the retouch, the artist may deepen the color, smooth out uneven sections, perfect the lash line enhancement, or slightly enhance thickness if required—while still maintaining a natural and flattering look. This session helps achieve a balanced result that enhances the eyes without appearing harsh or overdone. Skipping the retouch session may lead to uneven fading or reduced longevity of the eyeliner. For this reason, the Eyeliner Retouch is considered a completion phase rather than an optional service, ensuring that the final result meets both aesthetic and technical standards. Once completed, clients typically experience improved pigment durability, sharper definition, and a more polished finish, allowing them to enjoy smudge-free, time-saving eyeliner results for an extended period.


Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a 25% fee of the total service amount. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. Payment Terms We accept the following forms of payment: Cash/Major credit/debit cards/Mobile payment options (if applicable, e.g., UPI Google Pay) Advance Payment: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Cancellation charges (if any) will be automatically deducted from the deposit. Deposits and payments are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
