The Lip Pigmentation Retouch, also known as the Second Session, is a crucial part of achieving long-lasting, even, and natural-looking lip color. After the initial lip pigmentation treatment, the lips go through a healing and regeneration phase. During this period, some pigment may fade unevenly or appear lighter due to individual skin response, lifestyle factors, or natural exfoliation. The retouch session is designed to perfect and stabilize the results of the first procedure. It allows the artist to reinforce pigment where needed, correct any patchiness, enhance color depth, and refine the overall shape and symmetry of the lips. This step ensures that the final outcome looks balanced, soft, and well-blended rather than overdone. Every client heals differently. Factors such as skin type, hydration, aftercare compliance, metabolism, and lip sensitivity can influence pigment retention. The second session helps compensate for these variations, making the results more predictable and long-lasting. In many cases, clients notice that after the retouch, the lip color appears more uniform, brighter, and better defined, while still maintaining a natural finish. The retouch also improves the longevity of the pigmentation, helping the color last significantly longer before future refresh sessions are required. Skipping the retouch may result in uneven fading or shorter-lasting results. Therefore, the Lip Pigmentation Retouch is not an optional add-on but an essential completion step of the lip pigmentation process, ensuring satisfaction, durability, and a polished final look.
Cancellation Policy
BOOKING, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY At Haya Aesthetics, every appointment slot is reserved specifically for you and scheduled according to our artists' and therapists' working hours. We kindly request all clients to respect their confirmed appointment timings, as missed appointments affect our team's schedule and may prevent another client from booking the same slot. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform our team in advance. Informed cancellations or rescheduling will not incur any charges. We understand that unexpected situations can occur. We simply request that you keep our team informed so the reserved appointment slot can be managed and offered to another client where possible. No-Show Policy Appointments missed without any prior communication will be marked as a NO-SHOW. Every appointment slot is reserved according to our artists' and therapists' schedules. A no-show leaves the reserved slot unused and may also prevent another client who is waiting for an appointment from being accommodated. We therefore take no-shows very seriously. Repeated no-shows without prior communication may result in restrictions on future bookings. Our booking team reserves the right to decline or limit further appointment slots in cases of repeated no-shows. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and efficiently managed appointment schedule for all clients.
